TechnoCamp 2026 will open registration on April 1st 2026. We hope to see you and your friends this summer!!
🚀Welcome to RoboForge Academy! An immersive, hands-on robotics experience designed especially for current 2nd-6th graders. More than just a class, RoboForge Academy is a team-based experience where students collaborate, strategize, and compete in a supportive environment. Learners gain a preview of what it’s like to be part of a robotics team by building, coding, and using engineering problem-solving to compete in challenges! No prior robotics or coding experience is needed! Just curiosity and a willingness to try! Whether you're a future engineer, strategist, designer, or innovator, this camp is where their journey begins.
👐Through hands-on building and collaborative problem-solving,learners develop foundational robotics and coding skills while practicing engineering design, computational thinking, and debugging as their creations tackle fun challenges. Along the way, students experiment, improve, and innovate—growing both individually and as members of a creative, collaborative team.
‼️Skills Learned: Collaboration and teamwork, foundational coding and programming with sensors and automation, problem-solving, design iteration, and confidence in STEM

Do I need to bring a VEX Go Kit?
Nope! NISD will provide all students with a VEX Go Kit to use during camp.
Does get my child get to keep the VEX Go kit?
Unfortunately, the VEX Go kits are for classroom use only.
Does my child need to have any programming or robotics experience to enroll in this engineering camp?
No. This camp is designed for students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced learners. Students with no prior experience will be introduced to problem-solving through role play and cross-curricular activities.
Is a snack or lunch provided at NISD TechnoCamps?
No. Please send your child with a two snacks, and a reusable, leak-proof water bottle daily. IStudents who sign up for both an AM and a PM class may bring a sack lunch and eat with another camp.
